    Founded in year 2018 by Albert Chong who has been in the banking industry for 16 years and supported by a practising lawyer with 25 years experience, we came out with a solution to give you and your clients greater certainty of successful, on- time settlement by reducing the risk of errors and delays by adopting ConveyancingHub (an e-Conveyance portal we created).

What is e-Conveyancing?
  • ‘What is Conveyancing?’ Conveyancing is the legal process involved in buying or selling property. E-Conveyancing is the same process, only done electronically. Traditional paperwork and processes can be complicated and extremely time consuming because it is done manually. Henceforth, if will be more efficient if it is completed electronically which not only save time but also be more systematic and organized.

    E-Conveyancing aims to simplify and digitize what can be a complex process of property exchange as it brings the manual conveyance into the 21st century. Basically, legal documents are electronically signed and lodged online, instead of in person. In addition to this, funds are paid and received electronically instead of via bank cheques. It is because of this that e-Conveyancing eliminates the need for a physical presence, be it to sign documents and/or at settlement.

    E-Conveyancing is already being practiced across several states of Australia including New South Wales as we as an industry try to transition toward a 100% digital future.

What are Our Features?

    Use an organized approach in keying files. All files are stored and key in a detail manner.

    Mobile App

    There are two types of mobile app available:

    1. Status
      • This app are specially designed for the three parties as mentioned below
      • Client
      • Banker
      • Real Estate Agent
    2. Super Admin
      • Specifically for the person in charge in the legal firm.
      • Has a wide database and has a built-in search engine.
  • Legal Clerk File Assignment

    Generally, the admin will key in everything. Following, a legal clerk will be assigned to the system. A distinctive template will be provided for the clerk making the job much easier.

    Usually, Microsoft Excel is most commonly used or in other cases, some will prefer to store these important files into Google Drive. However, they can be risky because the computer may or may not be exposed to dysfunctionality and memory can be wiped out anytime.

    However, if a powerful system was used as a storage, data won’t be lost that easily. Security is strong. There will be a real-time status update as well. The legal clerk system update is built on every 7 days. It will automatically remind the clerk every 7 days without failure so he or she won’t miss out a single thing.
